The Highland Health Home and Learning Centre in New Glasgow (which includes the former Westville Medical Clinic in Westville) is an expanded health home, offering collaborative care from a comprehensive team of health care professionals. Alongside patient care, the site is home to a purpose-built Learning Centre featuring Nova Scotia’s first simulation lab designed specifically for primary health care. Here, learners and professionals can train and practice skills side by side in a safe, collaborative environment, strengthening care for the community.
